Thank you very much for the great work done installing our heat pumps (ductless). Everyone was very professional, excellent at doing their jobs quickly, efficiently.  I was impressed with their skill, courtesy and promptness.

I have looked at installations of this type of heat pump at other homes and the job done for us was, by far, the neatest in hiding the unsightly lines.

Last week one of your technicians complete the annual routine maintenance on our furnace.  I think his name was Frank.  In addition to being pleasant to work with, since he did the service, our furnace has never been so quiet.  It is awkwardly placed and can be noisy.  He worked magic on it.
