Home Comfort was founded in 1992 by Wally Elling, along with his son, Dave Elling.  Together, they saw a growing need to provide honest and affordable solutions for heating and air conditioning in the Lane County area. 

The family grew the business over the next several years using their previous experience working for Lennox Industries.  Wally’s son, Jeff, purchased Home Comfort from his father and brother and expanded the business to include Plumbing, Electrical and Insulation departments.  Today Jeff continues to oversee the business from its home in West Eugene.

Home Comfort is proud to be the only full-service mechanical contractor in Oregon.   Its success is directly attributed to the quality of its employees.
